New Reserve Affairs Secretary Sworn In

Thomas Hall has taken over as assistant secretary of defense for reserve affairs, the Defense Department announced today. After receiving Senate confirmation of his nomination on Oct. 2, Hall was sworn in this morning by Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz during a Pentagon ceremony, DOD said in a statement.
