Northrop Grumman Completes Purchase of Sterling Software U.S.

Northrop Grumman has completed its purchase of Sterling Software's Federal Systems Group, which will be integrated with Logicon Inc., Northrop Grumman's information technology sector. The group is also known as Sterling Software (U.S.) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling Software Inc., which is a subsidiary of Computer Associates International.
