Northrop Grumman said it would consider legal action against the Pentagon should it not disclose the pricing data of arch rival Boeing from the last round of the Air Force's multibillion-dollar tanker competition. While company officials remain optimistic they can reach some sort of an accord with the Defense Department that will allow the latest round of the KC-X competition to advance, they are weighing a number of ways to proceed.
