OSD Proposes Redesigning CVNX Carrier Into 'CVN-21'

The Office of the Secretary of Defense has proposed redesigning the first ship in the Navy's new class of CVNX aircraft carriers into a more capable "CVN-21" ship, according to a draft internal budget document.
