Oshkosh Defense delivered its first Joint Light Tactical Vehicle prototype to the Army and Marine Corps last week, according to a company announcement. The JLTV program is entering the testing portion of its engineering and manufacturing development phase, with three competing contractors: Oshkosh, Lockheed Martin and AM General.
