Oshkosh to offset lost JLTV contract pains with new postal service van

Oshkosh Defense reported a near 14% uptick in sales for this year’s third quarter despite dropping off in Joint Light Tactical Vehicle deliveries, senior officials reported during an earnings call Wednesday.
