Defense Secretary Leon Panetta today promised to consider a letter signed by multiple lawmakers asking the Defense Department to reconsider a decision to cut back on plans to purchase C-27J Joint Cargo Aircraft. Panetta made the remark during today's House Armed Services Committee hearing after Rep.
