To Pay for M-ATVs, Defense Department Sends $3 Billion to Army, Marine Corps

After announcing last week that Oshkosh would build the new Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicles, the Pentagon is transferring $3 billion from the MRAP fund to the Army and Marine Corps to cover the cost of the trucks.
