Pentagon Authorizes 'Limited' Production of Stryker MGS

The Pentagon's acquisition chief last week authorized the Army to begin limited low-rate initial production of the Stryker Mobile Gun System. Michael Wynne, the acting under secretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics, also approved the start of LRIP for the Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle, another Stryker variant.
