Pentagon May Allow Select 'Exclusive' Industry Teaming Arrangements

The Defense Department has proposed a federal acquisition rule change that would allow for select exclusive teaming arrangements within the defense industry if they do not violate federal antitrust law. In a notice published in the Nov. 1 Federal Register, DOD said it is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement policy regarding exclusive industry teaming arrangements.
