Pentagon Officials Propose Service Weapon Systems 'Reliability' Czars

July 22, 2008 -- Two senior Pentagon officials last month recommended that the services each create a permanent, headquarters-level position dedicated to improving weapon systems reliability, according to a recent Pentagon memo.
