Pentagon Tabs Army General for Top Joint Staff C4 Post

The president has picked an Army general for the Joint Staff's top command, control, communications and computers position, the Defense Department announced today. Maj. Gen. Joseph Kellogg, the Army's assistant deputy chief of staff for operations and plans, will get a third star if confirmed for the position of Joint Staff director for C4 (J-6).
