Pentagon weapons tester: Stryker's mounted Javelin not operationally effective

The Stryker infantry carrier vehicle's new mounted antitank missile system is not operationally effective and demonstrated a 7% chance of completing a 24-hour mission without an essential function failure in an operational test last year, according to a report from the Pentagon's top weapons tester.
