Poor weather, Hurricane Michael delayed UISS milestone C decision

The minesweeping system subsumed by the Navy's newest mine countermeasures program missed its planned milestone C decision date earlier this year because of poor weather and the impact of Hurricane Michael. The Unmanned Influence Sweep System milestone C decision was planned for the third quarter of fiscal year 2018, according to Navy budget documents.
