Protest filed on Army's RS3 contract vehicle; further awards expected

Proteus Technologies has filed a protest with the Government Accountability Office over an Army contract vehicle worth up to $37 billion. Last month, the Army awarded the vehicle, known as the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services program, to 55 companies . According to the notice, 387 bids were received.
