Raytheon, Websense To Create New Cybersecurity Company

Raytheon said Monday it has entered an agreement with private-equity firm Vista Equity Partners to create a new cybersecurity company able to sell to both government and commercial organizations. Under the deal, Raytheon will acquire cybersecurity business Websense, a portfolio company of Vista.
