Raytheon wins joint Maverick contract as Air Force eyes future orders

Raytheon Missile Systems last week was awarded a $49.9 million sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for 490 Laser Maverick guidance control sections for the Air Force and Navy, while the Air Force sets its intention to order more sections of the Maverick missile through 2021.
