RDECOM to see change of command

The Army's Research, Development and Engineering Command is set for a leadership change, according to the Defense Department. Maj. Gen. Cedric Wins, who currently serves as the director of force development in the Army G-8 office, will assume command from Maj. Gen. John Wharton, DOD said on June 8.
