Regulatory reform task force advances new recommendations to Mattis

The Defense Department's regulatory reform task force has made new recommendations to Defense Secretary Jim Mattis after spending the late summer studying what could be modified or eliminated in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
