Rep. Sessions Wants Army To Consider Upgrades To Kiowa Warriors

Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX) is sponsoring an amendment to the House fiscal year 2015 defense authorization bill that recommends the Army upgrade the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopter despite the service's plans to divest the aircraft. "The secretary of the Army may implement engineering change proposals on OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopters," the amendment language states.
