Report: DOD's annual fuel costs dropped by $5 billion

The Defense Department spent about $5 billion less on fuel in fiscal year 2016 than the previous year thanks to a drastic decrease in the price of oil, and officials are projecting prices will stay low in the near-term, according to a new DOD report.
