Roughead: First LCS Could Be Used in Haiti In The Months To Come

The Navy's first Littoral Combat Ship, the Freedom (LCS-1), which is slated to make its first deployment to South American waters this year, could be used in relief missions in Haiti, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead said Saturday.
