Roughead: No 2010 30-Year Shipbuilding Plan Until After the QDR

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead told a House panel today that the Navy decided not to submit its annual 30-year shipbuilding report with the fiscal year 2010 budget request, opting to defer the plan until after the Defense Department completes the ongoing Quadrennial Defense Review.
