Rumsfeld Names New DARPA Director

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has appointed Anthony Tether director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Defense Department announced today. Tether has been the chief executive officer and president of the Sequoia Group, a consulting company he founded in 1996.
