Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has nominated Army Lt. Gen. William Wallace for a fourth star and a new position -- head of the service's Training and Doctrine Command at Ft. Monroe, VA. Wallace is currently head of the Combined Arms Center and Ft. Leavenworth, where he also oversees the Command and General Staff College as well as the Battle Command Battle Lab.
