Second destroyer tops Navy's $5.5 billion UPL

The Navy's top unfunded priority for fiscal year 2022 is procuring a second DDG-51 destroyer for $1.6 billion, according to documents obtained by Inside Defense . Overall, the Navy listed $5.5 billion in unfunded priorities on its wish list, while the Marine Corps listed $2.9 billion .
