Senators aim to authorize Stryker upgrades listed in Army's FY-18 UFR

The Senate Armed Services Committee has proposed funding a second set of upgunned Strykers for Europe and completion of the effort to modernize Strykers in a fourth brigade in the fiscal year 2018 defense policy bill.
