Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Mary Landrieu (D-LA) sent a letter Monday to the incoming Obama administration urging the new president to strongly support "robust" shipbuilding priorities that will help the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard reach its objectives afloat.
