Shelton: ORS Effectiveness Lies in Space Expertise at the COCOM Level

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- In the era of operationally responsive space, combatant commands will need more space expertise in order to efficiently utilize ORS assets, according to a U.S. Strategic Command official.
