The Defense Security Cooperation Agency today notified Congress that Singapore wants to purchase 12 AH-64D Apache helicopters for approximately $617 million. The Boeing-built helicopters would not be outfitted with the Longbow fire control radar, the agency said, although the radars may be purchased later.
