Skelton Wants 'Immediate' Defense Supplemental

The chorus of voices calling for a fiscal year 2001 defense supplemental bill is growing louder. Yesterday, Rep. Ike Skelton (D-MO), ranking member on the House Armed Services Committee, said the military needs "an immediate supplemental" spending bill to keep operating and training.
