Source Selection for the Navy's ISR Drone Aircraft Delayed Yet Again

A contract award for the Navy's unmanned surveillance aircraft was delayed once again, when an important meeting scheduled for today was rescheduled for mid-April. Defense Department spokesman Chris Isleib told InsideDefense.com that the Defense Acquisition Board postponed its scheduled meeting to a date next month. He did not explain the reason for the delay. Defense bloggers speculate that the delay could be related to the controversial Air Force tanker contract award issued last Friday, which awarded the Northrop Grumman-EADS team...
