A contract award for the Navy's unmanned surveillance aircraft was delayed once again, when an important meeting scheduled for today was rescheduled for mid-April. Defense Department spokesman Chris Isleib told InsideDefense.com that the Defense Acquisition Board postponed its scheduled meeting to a date next month. He did not explain the reason for the delay.
