Space Force planning RFP for upcoming tactically responsive launch missions

The Space Force announced last week it expects to issue a draft request for proposals in early January for two responsive launch missions. The Small Rocket Program-Orbital launches are the service's third and fourth Tactically Responsive Space Launch missions. The Dec. 23 notice does not offer details about when the missions would launch or what payloads they would carry, but the service indicated more details will be included in the draft solicitation documents.
