TRADOC to Return Army Vehicle Modernization 'Concept Proposal' By Labor Day

By Labor Day, the Army's Training and Doctrine Command is slated to prepare a "concept proposal" for the vehicle modernization effort that will replace the manned ground vehicle component of the service's Future Combat Systems program, a senior budget official said today.
