Two High-Tech Projects Eyed as 'Showcase' for Competitive Prototyping

Nov. 17, 2008 -- Defense officials want to use competitive prototyping in the management of two fiscal year 2009 joint concept technology demonstration projects, one dealing with airborne high-power microwave emitters and the other with combat casualty care, according to recently published Pentagon documents.
