Two High-Tech Projects Eyed as 'Showcase' for Competitive Prototyping

Defense officials want to use competitive prototyping in the management of two fiscal year 2009 joint concept technology demonstration projects, one dealing with airborne high-power microwave emitters and the other with combat casualty care, according to recently published Pentagon documents.
