Vendors seeking Phase 2 awards for RS3 contract vehicle

The Army is preparing to issue further awards for a services contract vehicle worth up to $37.4 billion. Fifty-five companies received awards May 15 under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services contract, intended to succeed several expiring Army services contracts. In the RS3 solicitation, the government outlined a two-phase award process, with the second phase initiated only if deemed "necessary due to insufficient awards resulting from Phase 1."
