Vice chief: Army 'will have to continue to make some hard decisions'

Pentagon officials are awaiting numbers for the fiscal year 2017 and FY-18 budgets, but the Army will have to continue examining which initiatives to pursue once those figures are available, according to the service's vice chief of staff.
