White House Nominates DOD Spokeswoman, General Counsel

The White House today announced President Bush will nominate Victoria Clarke for the position of Defense Department spokeswoman and William Haynes to be the DOD general counsel. Clarke is the general manager of the Washington, DC office of Hill and Knowlton. She was the spokeswoman for George Bush's 1992 presidential campaign and once served as an aide to Sen.
