White House will submit FY-21 budget Feb. 10

The White House will submit the fiscal year 2021 budget request on Feb. 10, according to Chase Jennings, press secretary for the Office of Management and Budget. The total topline for FY-21 defense spending is expected to be $741 billion, per a congressional agreement, though that could change.
