Young Orders Review of 'NECC' Program with Eye on Readiness, Cost (Updated)

Defense Department acquisition chief John Young has ordered a review of the Defense Department's next-generation command-and-control system after publicly and privately decrying the program's technical maturity, according to DOD officials.
