Young: Shipbuilding Swap Talks Delayed But Will Continue

The Navy nearly finalized a swap of major shipbuilding work between General Dynamics and Northrop Grumman last week, but those talks stalled after bumping up against the service's DD(X) destroyer contract announcement, according to Navy acquisition executive John Young.
