2024 CNO's navigation plan

On Sept. 18, 2024 Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti released her 2024 Navigation Plan, which focuses on expanding the Navy's contribution to the joint and combined warfighting ecosystem and her intent to accelerate her man, train, and equip responsibilities to raise the baseline readiness of the Fleet and be more ready for the possibility of war with China by 2027.
