Austin, Milley testimony on the FY-22 defense budget

On June 10, 2021 Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark Milley released the written testimony they would use at congressional hearings on their department's fiscal year 2022 budget request.
