CBO cost estimate of House authorizers' FY-22 defense policy bill

The Sept. 9, 2021 Congressional Budget Office report estimates that enacting the House Armed Services Committee's fiscal year 2022 defense authorization bill "would have an insignificant effect on net direct spending and revenues."
