CBO report on FY-20 intelligence authorization bill

The July 11, 2019 Congressional Budget Office report on the House version of the fiscal year 2020 intelligence authorization bill "estimates that implementing the unclassified provisions of the bill would cost about $5.9 billion over the 2020-2024 period; that spending would be subject to the appropriation of the specified and estimated amounts."
