DOD 'class deviation' memo on CARES Act section 3610 implementation

The Aug. 17, 2020 Defense Department memo signed by acting Principal Director for Defense Pricing and Contracting Kim Herrington "reiterate[s] the statement that reimbursements under section 3610 are subject to the availability of funds and change the start date of the time period for which paid leave must be taken to be eligible for reimbursement under Section 3610."
