DOD COVID-19 reprogramming actions

The July 8 and July 21, 2020 Defense Deparment reprogramming memos shift $107.6 million among various Army accounts and $100 million in CARES Act funding to provide "funding for expenses to prevent, prepare for, or respond to the coronavirus."
