DOD directive on 'sufficiency assessments'

The July 18, 2019 Defense Department directive "establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures to [require] the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) to include sufficiency assessments of developmental testing in Milestone (MS) B and MS C brief summary reports to Congress."
