DOD guidance memo on 'other COVID-19-related costs'

The July 2, 2020 Defense Department memo signed by acting Principal Director for Defense Pricing and Contracting Kim Herrington provides guidance on reimbursment for "other COVID-19-related costs" not covered under Section 3610 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.
