DOD IG memo announcing evaluation of quantum tech development, implementation

The April 21, 2025 Defense Department inspector general's memo announces an evaluation to "determine whether the DOD prescribed a set of long-term challenges and a set of specific technical goals for the program and identified and annually updated a list of technical challenges that quantum computers could potentially address."
